This three bedroomed semi-detached cottage enjoys a spacious open plan living space with ample room for entertaining or relaxing watching the sea glisten and the rolling hillside from the lounge window. A courtyard garden that's fully enclosed to the rear and three spacious bedrooms upstairs; includes the master bedroom offering sea views and an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom on the same floor. Rockham Bay view is also doggie friendly, with plenty of walks nearby they'll be entertained too!
Location is in an elevated position above the road and very close to the surfing beach of Woolacombe, you are surrounded by beautiful National Trust land, with many walks close by, including the breathtaking Morte Point and Bull point light house. On foot stroll a few minutes into Mortehoe village, visit the museum Chichester arms pub, church, village shop and delightful tea rooms.

Open-plan living space with comfortable sofas,
LCD TV, feature fireplace and selection of board games. Enjoy
social evenings in the kitchen diner with the family gathered
around the large surfboard shaped dining table. The kitchen
comprises of a fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave and all the
cooking essentials needed for a self catering holiday.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Fully enclosed rear courtyard garden with table and bench seating. To the front of the cottage there is a picnic bench enjoying views towards the sea.
Parking to the property is across the road with a dedicated parking bay.
- Please note: the property is accessed by two flight of unlit steps as the house is elevated off the road

The location was perfect, We really liked the downstairs open plan layout. We have been coming to mortehoe for many years now and was great to have a base there.
Lovely and Clean !
We had a lovely 5 nights at Rockham Beach View. Location of the cottage is perfect, lots of walks near by, lovely town with pubs, lovely cream tea. Cottage its self was nice and clean and had everything you needed, but was a little dated.

Amazing accommodation and location! CroydeHolidays communication was really clear and helpful. The cottage was lovely and exceptionally clean.
A very quiet location set above a small road with sea views. Parking opposite for 2 cars. About 15-20 minutes walk to coast and nearest beach. The local campsite shop is closest for provisions. Takeaways and pubs in local village. The interior space was well set out with a large dining table and well equipped kitchen.
Loved our stay at Rockham Bay view, highly recommended!
Weekend in Mortehoe
The property was perfect for a weekend at the coast. The location was great as everything we needed was within in walking distance. Beautiful cliff top walks, beach & pubs
