Breathtaking Seaviews From An Elevated Position

What a beautiful place and stay. Highly recommend.

This lovely house is exactly as it says it is: stunning views, peaceful, immaculate, well kitted out - not least the kitchen, modern and new, everything in good condition …. It is accessible and, for my wife recovering well from a new hip, good and lovely walking within easy reach, especially for her to Morte Point and down to the sea for wading. We were there for a supermoon which streamed into the house all night. The visitors book is full of good advice on where to eat (sadly, I think we forgot to write anything in it ourselves). It is hard to overstate how good this place is.

Just spent a week at Pipers Pool in Devon. Outstanding property, gorgeous views. Lovely location. Everything was excellent. Spent my 60th birthday here and I will remember it forever. The rooftop terrace and sunroom is fantastic. Didn't want to leave.

A fabulous house, just as described, with everything you need, plus more, and views which made even the grey days feel like a holiday. Really quiet location up the hill and walking distance to Woolacoombe and Mortenhoe. Only downside was having to keep the dog on a lead all the time as there was cattle and sheep,. The hill was worth it for the views though.

A very warm and comfortable home with exceptional views over the Bristol Channel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and with all the exercise of great coastal walks we slept like logs. The weather was kind so we were able to make use of the up stairs viewing deck and sun room . This is an outstanding property and location and we hope to return soon.

Beautifully presented, well equipped high standard accommodation with everything and much more for the perfect getaway - Comfortable from the moment you arrive 'The WOW' elevated position giving the jaw dropping panoramic vista is a hard act to follow. The roof top terrace & roof garden room gives unsurpassed coastal 'wall to wall' views & calls to unwind just happen! Coastal tranquility, 

The house had everything we needed and the views were just incredible. We had a lovely week of sunsets and lovely beach walks.

This is a beautiful home, in a beautiful location. we used it for a remote working week and enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and easy access to the beaches, along with great coastal paths nearby. the kitchen is very well equipped and the house in general is well furnished, making it easy to feel at home in the property. would love to visit again.

A beautiful house with fantastic views of Woolacombe beach. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a holiday. The sun deck is amazing and bbq.

Overall a stunning, well equipped property with views that take your breath away. It was a home from home in a good location for the walkers amongst us.

Pipers pool has the best sea views. The photos drew us to the accommodation and we were not disappointed. The house felt like home straight away and was warm and comfortable. This is a really excellent bungalow. We felt at home straight away. It is very well equipped and in a great location.

This was such a lovely and easy review to write. I can't praise the house, facilities, position and wonderful owners enough. Kate made the booking process so simple and was very helpful throughout. The house was immaculate on arrival and the decor is beautiful and relaxing. A warm and cosy place to return to after a long walk. Can't fault the facilities in the house and the welcome basket is a wonderful touch. The house itself is in the most fantastic quiet position overlooking the sea. It's beautiful come shine or rain (which we had a lot of). The main areas have ample room for relaxing and socialising. It's lovely to be in the kitchen and still be able to chat to those in the front room area. The dog friendly aspect is second to none well with a safe back patio area. They are allowed on the beaches until April. We will be booking here next year and the year after and the one after that. Just the recharge we needed. ❤️

This is a stunning location! Duel aspect views of the sea and the cliffs - this is a very special, unique place! Incredible walks and beach at the bottom of the road with a town also close by. With stylish but homely interior. Felt very clean and fresh with little luxuries considered. Had everything we needed. Beautiful home with breathtaking views. Super clean and wonderfully equipped. Totally recommend.

It was just the break we needed to get away from everything. The location was perfect and despite us having all ranges of weather, we made the most of the upstairs summer room, the local walks and the fire place. Sharon was brilliant. The place is so well equipped there was not a thing we could think of that was not available. We will definitely be back.....thank you.

Beautiful home with idyllic sea views!

Pipers Pool was all we could dream for. The views were spectacular - nothing beats sipping a cold drink on the roof terrace watching the sun set.

The house was comfortable with everything that you could need - and the welcome hamper a really thoughtful gesture.

It is a beautiful part of the world - and so much to explore on our doorstep. We will definitely return.

Wonderful cottage in a fabulous location

Had a fantastic weeks holiday at pipers pool, accommodation was so comfortable with lots of home comforts, three lovely power showers, comfortable beds, everything was decorated with taste and looked so new, the roof terrace was fantastic and views from everywhere in the house. Beautiful walks around the area. Close to beech, lots of personal touches Like the welcome pack, tea and coffee down when you arrive and a washer & Dryer. Enjoyed our relaxing satay .. will return 

Great place to stay, well equipped, everything you needed. The welcome pack was a great hit. Walk from the beach is a bit of a hike up the hill. Didn't use the roof terrace but in the summer months would be a great place to relax.

We've had an amazing time walking th beach and exploring Croyde and visiting our favourite place Saunton Sands. Love the house and the amazing view. Thank you

Upon arrival we weren't sure whether we were on the right road, and the housekeeper Sharon replied to us promptly and was fantastic in communicating to us where to go. The property was immaculately clean, with Stunning views. It was such a relaxing holiday for us. Our boys loves hiking and the coastal trail we did (which is just a walking distance from the property) was convenient for us. We spent a whole day walking along the coast enjoying the view and was excited to come back home to relax ourselves. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to come back again in future!

 

Place is really comfortable and easy to stay in. 
Manager was responsive to questions before arrival and during our stay very quickly.

Exceptionally comfortable and stylishly done; the outdoor choice of courtyard, roof terrace and sun room is a delight. Within minutes brilliant walks on the cliffs and beaches. We really loved it, thank you.

Views are outstanding. House was tidy and clean and would definitely book to stay here again. Management were super helpful and drove out of their way to bring us a travel cot. Really impressed.

Piperspool has been furnished perfectly and the views are just incredible. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evenings over a glass of wine! Trips to Lynton and Lynmouth (To ride the cliff railway and browse) and going out on the Ilfracombe sea safari trips are absoloute must do's. The local fish and chip shop was delicious, too well worth a visit! We would come back again, thank you

Piperspool is stunning, you really have thought of everything... The welcome hamper was a really lovely touch, thank you we are really going to miss the amazing views, not so much the narrow roads!! We are certainly going home relaxed.

We have really enjoyed our 4 night break, The decor is beautiful and every detail ensures a comfortable and luxurious stay - You have thought of everything! 

We absoloutely loved the outdoor areas. The upper terrace is amazing with comfortable furniture to enjoy the gorgeous views. We used the sunroom in the evening - Such a haven.
