Externally; Laze around soaking up the coastal breeze on the decking area with sheltered glass screen and take in those splendid 180 degree views of Croyde beach, Baggy Point and toward Lundy Island.
Stables is set in one of the most desirable area of Croyde with the beach on your doorstep. Whether you want to have a family day on the beach or try your hand at surfing, you really couldn't be in a better position. The village is a short walk with pubs and cafes to suit every taste, perfect for those lazy evenings where you don't feel like cooking.
PROPERTY
Kitchen diner with a dual oven/grill, touch sensor hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine. Good supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware along with BBQ tools. Large wooden oval table with bench seating nestles infront of the picture window overlooking the beach.
Lounge with a large Smart LCD TV (surround sound) Netflix (subject to guest subscription) DVD player, music system and Wifi. Brickwork fireplace with a modern log burner for cosy nights in, 2 large sofas, coffee table footstall, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small balcony terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach.
Shower room with large walk in shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and vanity unit.
Hallway cupboard with drying rack and other essentials.
- Bedroom Four - Twin beds and is located on the ground floor (great for limited mobility). Freestanding full length mirror, bedside table and wooden wardrobe.

- Master Bedroom - Superkingsize bed with a wonderful beach view! Bedside tables, small wardrobe, full length mirror and 2 tub chairs for enjoying peaceful moments.
- Bedroom Two - kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, full length mirror and hanging hooks. Enjoy lazy mornings in bed with a spectacular view of the beach at your feet!
- Bedroom Three - Twin beds, chest of drawers with TV and a bedside unit.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Stables has an impressive private decking area with glass paneling, wooden seating, tables and a brick-built BBQ. Enjoy the lovely landscaped grassed garden and unrivaled views of Croyde beach at 180 degrees. Outside tap and To the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small cupboard houses a tumble dryer.

We loved our stay at The Stables, the view out to sea was just incredible and a huge bonus as we were surfing so ideally located. Plenty of walks on the doorstep along the coast and close to Braunton and Georgeham with nice pubs in walking distance.
Really lovey house. We came as a group of colleagues for a weekend away and it was just perfect! So peaceful and the most beautiful views.

kitchen .Comfortable beds. Single bed rooms are quite
small with less room but are okay for sharing family or children
who can use larger room space. Drive, steps and
ramp to the cottage are quite steep which could cause problems for
elderly or less able to walk .
Really enjoyable stay with friends over the weeeknd, great seaside location.

This is a lovely house in a fabulous position, the views were fantastic. Communicate was great, we were regularly updated and Vicki returned my messages promptly. We were a group of 7 and we all commented how well we all slept.

Great views, lovely grounds and very close to the village of Croyde being a short 10/15 minute walk.

We thought The Stables was a brilliant place to stay both in terms of the unbroken views of Croyde bay and the property itself. The sitting room felt very cosy and it felt like a dream to sit and watch the breakers roll in while sitting next to a wood fire. The kitchen was very well equipped and was a pleasure to prepare meals in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fitted out to a high spec.
Loved the open-plan kitchen space, it was very sociable. The outdoor seating areas were excellent :)
What a wonderful house in an idyllic setting.
We stayed with our 2 young children and enjoyed waking up to the most incredible views followed by hours spent on the beach, which was an easy two minute walk down from the house…with a bonus cafe/kiosk serving breakfast, hot drinks and Sri Lankan curries! The village is a 15minute walk away; great for sheep and horse spotting! The kitchen at the house is fully equipped and we had everything we needed during our stay. Vicki the house manager was very responsive and helpful. We will be back soon I'm sure

Stunning views, fantastic location with wonderful panoramic views over Croyde bay. Quick access to the beach and good accommodation for 8 people. Outside seating area has fabulous views. A lovely property. We all feel very privileged to have spent time in your lovely property. We would highly recommend a stay at The Stables.
Lovely house, amazing views
My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house is in a perfect location overlooking the beach, with the coastal path across the road. Down End car park is one minute's walk away and has surfboard rental and lessons and a cafe which does some good evening takeaways.

Stunning view of Croyde beach and great amenities in the property added to the enjoyment of the holiday. The location of the Stables is brilliant and it was great to sit and look at the view or walk onto the beach. Hopefully the tranquil spot will remain that way for years to come! Any issues we had Vicki the property manager dealt with straight away.
A view to die for!
What a place, simply beautiful. Offers a great feeling away from it all. Well equipped, relaxed, comfortable house. Very accessible, easy parking, ideal for the beach and walking. A view to die for! Rachel was really helpful in amending our original booking and got us out of a fix.
