A good supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware along with BBQ tools. A large wooden oval table with bench seating for 8 nestles infront of the picture window overlooking the beach. 

Lounge with a large Smart LCD TV (surround sound) Netflix (subject to guest subscription)  DVD player, music system and Wifi. Brickwork fireplace with a modern log burner for cosy nights in, 2 large brown sofas, coffee table footstall, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small balcony terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach. 

Shower room with large walk in shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and purple vanity storage unit.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Stables has an impressive private decking area with glass paneling, wooden seating, tables and a brick-built BBQ. Enjoy the lovely landscaped grassed garden and unrivaled views of Croyde beach at 180 degrees. Outside tap and To the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small cupboard houses a tumble dryer.
