Bathroom is small but does the job and is all you need.  Really well equipped kitchen.  Living space is comfy and all i needed.  Bed was super comfy.  Quiet peaceful location.  Lots of room for surf board and stuff Was very comfy in there for a week.  Just the ticket. Would stay again and recommend

Fabulous property, location, organisation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great walks and surf. We were able to surf, kite, paddleboard and wing foil. My 24 yr old son said he preferred it to his week in Greece!

Perfect location, The views over Putsborough and Woolacombe were breathtaking. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had everything you'd need for a lovely holiday .

Fantastic location, we loved the access to the beach and pool. The apartment was perfect for our stay and well designed with an enclosed porch space for boards/bikes etc.

Whilst the view from the balcony is fantastic and the location of the apartment is very convenient for the beach, you shouldn't rely on the sofa bed for a comfortable night's sleep.  Croyde Holidays as an agent themselves have been very informative and helpful. It is the property itself that has an issue.

Managements response - It was very unfortunate that the sofa bed broke during the guest's stay, the owner of the apartment was unable to obtain a sofa bed at such short notice prior to the guest departure and subsequently the guest was provided a partial refund for the inconvienence. Update - Sofa bed now replaced.

Communication and checking in was clear and very easy. Location of the apartment to the beach was excellent. The addition of a drying area at the front of the apartment was very useful. All equipment needed for a self catering apartment was available and in very good condition. The furnishings are a bit tired and dated but the unit itself was clean and as described on the website. Had a great week and would consider returning.

Managements response - (Update 2023) The apartment has now had a brand new bathroom suite and a full decor update to the master bedroom. 

We had a lovely stay at Apt 23. The location is great, we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea with our morning coffee. The beach is brilliant, we thought better than Croyde beach actually. One big bonus was the tumble dryer so our towels were always dry for the next day. The extra entrance way to put all our stuff was very useful. We will definitely be back.
