This one bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps 4 and is perfect for couples that wish to holiday in a peaceful beach location with beautiful panoramic sea views. Pop down to relax and unwind in the indoor heated swimming pool that is just minutes away on site from this apartment.
PROPERTY
Open plan kitchen lounge diner with modern units, fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven. Nestled to the side is a dining table with seating for 4, a sofa bed and a TV that is netflix enabled. Sit and watch the world go by with French doors leading to the balcony with magical views overlooking Putsborough beach.
- Master bedroom - Double, bed side shelves, reading lamps and chest of drawers.
- Lounge - Fold down double bed
Family bathroom with a shower cubicle, wc and washbasin.
Sun Room with tiled floor with a view of the country side, this room is an ideal store for surf boards, wet suits, bikes etc and the benefit of a storage cupboard.
OUTSIDE SPACE
French doors to the balcony area with furniture that overlooks Putsborough beach with spectacular views of the sea, cliff face and beach.
Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year plus separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available free of charge. Utility on site with coin operated tumble dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike store rack.
Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.
No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)

Holiday Cottages with swimming pools
The indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool are available for use all year and all hours, both are checked regularly for compliance to Health and Safety regulations. Occasionally the pool maybe required to close for short periods for essential maintenance, where possible we will update you in advance.

Is a perfect little space.
Bathroom is small but does the job and is all you need. Really well equipped kitchen. Living space is comfy and all i needed. Bed was super comfy. Quiet peaceful location. Lots of room for surf board and stuff Was very comfy in there for a week. Just the ticket. Would stay again and recommend
Fabulous property, location, organisation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great walks and surf. We were able to surf, kite, paddleboard and wing foil. My 24 yr old son said he preferred it to his week in Greece!

Perfect location, The views over Putsborough and Woolacombe were breathtaking. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had everything you'd need for a lovely holiday .

Great location and Balcony!
Whilst the view from the balcony is fantastic and the location of the apartment is very convenient for the beach, you shouldn't rely on the sofa bed for a comfortable night's sleep. Croyde Holidays as an agent themselves have been very informative and helpful. It is the property itself that has an issue.
Managements response - It was very unfortunate that the sofa bed broke during the guest's stay, the owner of the apartment was unable to obtain a sofa bed at such short notice prior to the guest departure and subsequently the guest was provided a partial refund for the inconvienence. Update - Sofa bed now replaced.
Location to beach was excellent
Communication and checking in was clear and very easy. Location of the apartment to the beach was excellent. The addition of a drying area at the front of the apartment was very useful. All equipment needed for a self catering apartment was available and in very good condition. The furnishings are a bit tired and dated but the unit itself was clean and as described on the website. Had a great week and would consider returning.
Managements response - (Update 2023) The apartment has now had a brand new bathroom suite and a full decor update to the master bedroom.
