A superb top floor apartment, clean, comfortable and spacious, obviously a family home, presented with lots of thought to detail, absolutely everything provided. The views were the best you could ever get of the sea and coastline...quite a climb up and down to the beach but worth it.

Amazing apartment with top quality amenities (especially the kitchen). The view is absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The apartment is excellent and the views are exceptional.

When we arrived all the family were actually amazed by the apartment. It has everything and family could need. Honestly there is extra pillows books games cleaning products the list is endless Everyones room was fantastic. The view from the room and on the balcony of the beach is stunning! We did not want to leave. So perfect to just go to the beach. We were so happy there we have already rebooked for next year❤️

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Loved coming back to the property after day trips. So cosy.  Very clean, spacious, airy, Views amazing.

You simply cannot beat the view and location of this apartment!!! Our 3 kids, upon walking in, stopped and said "we get to stay HERE??' The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could possibly need and we loved how it connected with the living room (and the views). Bedrooms were all spacious and 2 of the 3 had great views. We all loved having the 2 bathrooms in the unit as well. One of the best surprises was the bookcase full of books for all ages!. We also were happy with the large selection of books and movies as well. Our entire family loved staying here and watching the sunsets. It is a vacation we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Fabulous location for a family beach holiday. Accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was a particular bonus and we loved the view and proximity to the beach.

Fantastic views and well equiped

. It was a lovely place to stay and the kitchen had everything you would have at home. The apartment had books and games and DVD player and smart tv. The big bathroom and bath was really nice. The view was amazing. It was warm and cosy. The swimming pool was perfect because it was clean and warm. The air was warm which meant we could still use it every day in October with the young children. We wouldn’t have used it if it wasn’t warm.

Everything dealt with satisfactorily. Lots of excellent information given in e mails prior to arrival. Lovely spacious flat with very comfortable beds/sofas. Has everything you could want for a week away. Fantastic location overlooking beach. Great for surfers. Indoor pools an added bonus.

It was clean with spacious double rooms, and had everything you could need. The indoor pool was one of its booking points for us - and a jacuzzi would be a great addition to this space. We would definitely revisit.

The apartment was excellent - in a brilliant location and very well equipped. Putsborough Beach is lovely with good facilities and the neighbouring Georgeham has a very good pub - The Rock Inn serving excellent food . Will definitely be back - have stayed in Woolacombe many times but much prefer this location

Booking experience was straightforward and friendly service. The view is breathtaking but the position of the apartment in relation to the car park means it is more conducive to people who don't have any mobility issues.

Home from home. Use of swimming pool added to our overall enjoyment. Fabulous location could have sat and looked out of the window all day long !

It felt spacious and comfortable for our family of four and the location was ideal. We spent a lot of time on the beach but also used the pool, which was a real added bonus. It's a perfect little spot and we will definitely be coming back.
