Swimming Pool Facilities - Covid-19
A risk assessment has been undertaken for the swimming pool facilities and unfortunately it is deemed not safe to re-open from the 4th July 2020, while this is disappointing the pool area simply cannot conform to the Governments guidelines and as a result we have had to put our guests safety and well being first.
PROPERTY
The kitchen area features modern appliances including electric oven/grill, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining area has a wooden table with seating for 6. Lounge with comfortable sofas, LCD freeview TV , DVD player and board game selection.
- Master Bedroom - Double bedroom, sea views, bedside tables, dressing table and ensuite bathroom with shower, w.c and washbasin.
- Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom, chest of drawers, wall mounted TV, Netflix (subject to guest subscription)and Ensuite shower room with washbasin.
- Bedroom 3 - Single bed with a pull out single trundle bed (Double on request) wardrobe and dressing table.
Family bathroom comprising of a white bathroom suite, bath with shower over, wc, washbasin, mirror and shaving point.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Patio doors provides access to the private balcony overlooking the beach with seating.
Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year plus separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available free of charge within the apartment development. Utility on site with coin operated tumble dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike store rack.
Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.
No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)

Holiday Cottages with swimming pools
The indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool is available for use all year round and all hours, both pools are checked regularly to comply with Health and Safety regulations. Occasionally the pools maybe required to close for short periods to perform essential maintenance, where possible we will update you of this in advance.

Superb Apartment!
A superb top floor apartment, clean, comfortable and spacious, obviously a family home, presented with lots of thought to detail, absolutely everything provided. The views were the best you could ever get of the sea and coastline...quite a climb up and down to the beach but worth it.

Absolutely perfect. The apartment was pristine.
When we arrived all the family were actually amazed by the apartment. It has everything and family could need. Honestly there is extra pillows books games cleaning products the list is endless Everyones room was fantastic. The view from the room and on the balcony of the beach is stunning! We did not want to leave. So perfect to just go to the beach. We were so happy there we have already rebooked for next year❤️

You simply cannot beat the view and location of this apartment!!! Our 3 kids, upon walking in, stopped and said "we get to stay HERE??' The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could possibly need and we loved how it connected with the living room (and the views). Bedrooms were all spacious and 2 of the 3 had great views. We all loved having the 2 bathrooms in the unit as well. One of the best surprises was the bookcase full of books for all ages!. We also were happy with the large selection of books and movies as well. Our entire family loved staying here and watching the sunsets. It is a vacation we will remember for the rest of our lives!
