PROPERTY
Hallway with storage for coats and boots.
- Master bedroom - Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large mirror and chair. Hair dryer and straighteners.
- Bedroom two - Slimline twin beds, bedside table, a slimline wardrobe and mirror.
Family bathroom with a modern white suite including a bath with shower over, wc and washbasin.
Kitchen with chrome accessories, black flecked surface and colourful splashbacks. Equipped with essential utensils, crockery and additions like; cafetiere, tea pot and even egg cups! Appliances include; Tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Tumble dryer is available in the complex utility.
Open plan lounge diner includes; 2 comfortable brown leather sofas, coffee table, dining table to seat 4. Fantastic entertainment with wifi, large LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, CD player and selection of DVDs.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Patio doors provides access to the side and rear, with a private patio and bench which is the sole use of apartment 19.
Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year and separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available within the apartment development. On site utility with coin operated dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike rack.
Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.
No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)
Putsborough beach stretches for 3 miles to Woolacombe (Award winners 2015, 2016 & 2017 by Tripadvisor) Surrounded by National Trust countryside Baggy Point leads to Croyde with its breathtaking outlook and perfect for romantic strolls, walk to Woolacombe to grab a bite to eat or drive/walk to Croyde village or Georgeham (1-3miles)

Holiday Cottages with swimming pools
The indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool are available for use all year and all hours, both are checked regularly for compliance to Health and Safety regulations. Occasionally the pool maybe required to close for short periods for essential maintenance, where possible we will update you in advance.

Lovely location, amazing sunsets, bed really comfy, kitchen and apartment had everything you could need.
.Lovely little flat which had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a fabulous bonus.
This is a super place for a couple or a small family. The pool is a great addition and the beach is close by. I would not recommend it for 4 adults though.

Thanks very much, the swimming pool and access to the beach was fantastic, we enjoyed the pool a lot! You might want to bring a several towels by yourself as only 1 hand towel will be provided.

The location was excellent
The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and the communication was very good.
We had a lovely holiday in apartment 19.
The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen
is well equipped. The location is fantastic, although the lack of
views from the apartment is disappointing. The beach is a very
short walk, but the walk is seriously steep, which is challenging
with young children as we found. It wouldn't be possible for anyone
with mobility issues. There also isn't a path so you have to walk
on the road.
The swimming pool is a fantastic addition and we made great
use of it. It was clean and a good temperature.
We requested a few items for our children in advance and
communication before we arrived was great. We were disappointed
that the cot wasn't set up for us, especially as we were not able
to check in until 6pm. The high chair was also in a box on top of
the wardrobe.
One issue we had was the there are no curtains in the twin
bedroom which was for our children, just a Venetian blind which did
not keep out light at all. We messaged the manager of the apartment
and were told there was nothing they could do and that we should go
out and buy a blackout blind which we thought was ridiculous. There
was nothing in the listing of the apartment about lack of
curtains.

Better than expected. Stayed 1 week - great weather. Whole apartment clean. Well equipped kitchen & little extras like tin foil, sandwich bags, baby spoons etc all there. Washing up liquid, toilet roll, hand wash all included. Housekeeper Sally quick to respond to any questions you may have. Coffee maker is a plunger style for ground coffee. Provided us with Mamas & Papas baby bud booster seat with tray and travel cot, both excellent condition. Swimming pool warm, very close to apartment. Warm enough for our 10mo without her wetsuit on. Short walk down to Putsborough beach.WIFI great, Great base to explore the area. Highly recommend
A lovely little place to stay, barely even a 5 minute walk away to the beach.
