This one bedroom apartment that sleeps 5 has a well equipped open plan living, kitchen and dining space has been designed to showcase the spectacular sea views, doors lead onto the private terrace and enjoy the panoramic sea views while the sea air works its magic. Pop down to relax and unwind in the indoor heated swimming pool that is just minutes away on site from this spectacular retro themed apartment.

Family bathroom with a white suite including a bath with shower over, wc, washbasin with storage and washing machine.
Tiered level Kitchen diner with a rustic grey themed units and wooden surface , appliances include; cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, free standing fridge freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Dining area to the side with a large wooden table and seating for up to 6 , Pull down doube bed over looking the lounge with seaside views overlooking the terrace
Steps lead down to the lounge which provides views of the beach out toward the patio doors. A fabric cream sofa with 2 parker chairs, single bed for lazy moments. LCD TV with DVD player, Selection of books and board games.
OUTSIDE SPACE
French doors to the patio area with furniture and outdoor bean bags that overlooks Putsborough beach with spectacular views of the sea, cliff face and beach.
Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year plus separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available free of charge. Utility on site with coin operated tumble dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike store rack.
Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.
No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)

Holiday Cottages with swimming pools
The indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool are available for use all year and all hours, both are checked regularly for compliance to Health and Safety regulations. Occasionally the pool maybe required to close for short periods for essential maintenance, where possible we will update you in advance.

The property is lovely - a real home from home.
Plenty of added extras - coffee maker, washing machine and
binoculars. Very clean and comfortable.
The view of the beach from the balcony is gorgeous. The
complex is quiet but friendly.
The use of the swimming pool is an added bonus - that is
also exceptionally clean and great for a swim at any time of
day.
Would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic location as it has a panoramic view of Putsborough Beach, so wonderful to walk to both Croyde and Woolacombe. Indoor heated pool is a must, also has all items you need: hairdryer, dishwasher etc
All was great...the info booklet was really helpful, as was the library of books and local guide books. Loved your ART of the local area too :-)

Wonderful view!! Beautiful place in a fab location. the walk to the beach is steep but so worth it especially with daily visits to the great café. The beach is amazing. Excellent flat, very comfortable bed and warm and quiet. The swimming pool is a great bonus too.

Just back from a holiday, staying in apartment 16. A newly fitted kitchen & bathroom. Very clean & tidy apartment. Plenty of utilities for a relaxing self catering stay. Beautiful views over looking out over our favourite N Devon beach. The use of the private swimming pool was just brilliant to help our 7 year old daughter gain confidence with her swimming. We will be returning later in the year.

We were extremely happy with all the preparations and precautions taken for our visit to Devon. A lovely apartment, light, airy and with amazing views. We were so lucky to stay here just before the second lock down. The beach is amazing and only a short walk down the hill.
Great location overlooking Putsborough beach which is really popular for surfers. The road in/out is not for the faint hearted, single track with various passing points but very tight spaces and sharps bends in places. We chose to leave the car for our stay and walk everywhere. Lovely accommodation, had everything we needed, should imagine sitting out on the large terrace overlooking the beach is glorious in the summer. House keeper was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful.

Amazing location for surfing/body boarding for beginners. Apartment view was beautiful for watching the sunset and fir the sea view. Our property manager was excellent in response to replaceming the fridge freezer. What to thank both jo and the owner for an amazing family holiday.
