The rear courtyard terrace is a sunworshippers dream as it makes the most of the sun, wooden table with seating for 4. Gated and enclosed from the rest of the garden which is ideal for smaller children. A series of steps with flower borders leads to a raised decking area with a large table with seating for 6 and comfortable outdoor lounging furniture, Relax with a glass of wine and admire the views towards the sea and Lundy island in the distance. The upper sloped rear garden is laid to lawn with trees and shrub borders, perfect for the older children to have a kick around!

Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after your arrival.
