Sandbanks is a beautiful property. Francesca was really friendly and helpful. The property was exactly like the photos and as described. Well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortanle break.

My family and I stayed stayed for a week here. Great location close to Braunton town centre, and Saunton beach. Access to the Putsborough beach car parking pass was a great bonus! All the great beaches in the area are close range and easy access for great family adventures. Croyde Holiday team were very responsible to my enquires. Great property, would recommend a stay if your in North Devon!

Great location for beaches, especially Saunton Sands, and the Brauton Burrows. The addition of the car park pass for Putsborough was fabulous ���� as its very expensive, but definitely our favourite beach. The house was lovely, clean, modern and comfy. With a great little sunny garden and deck. The location was lovely and quiet too. And hosepipe was a bonus to wash off the dogs after being on the beach.

The house is great - super comfortable and well-equipped in a location that's handy for Braunton, Saunton and Croyde. We'd definitely stay here again. And the Croyde Holidays team were really helpful, even responding quickly on Good Friday when we wanted to add a night. Thanks!

Clean, spacious, well equipped holiday home.  Good collection of entertainment for kids and adults included. Use of the putsborough beach parking permit really helpful as normally £8 per day

Location was very good

Lovely property within easy reach of 3 local beaches, parking pass for putsborough our favourite beach was a bonus. Nice quiet neighbourhood, garden was a great little sun trap for afternoon relaxation, close to Braunton for a good restaurant selection and shops.

Lovely property, superbly equipped and in a great location. Short five minute easy walk to village centre for shops, pubs, eateries etc. Close for beaches and countryside walks. Always feel relaxed staying at Sandbanks.

We were just 5 minutes from the most amazing beaches and the accommodation was cozy, clean and comfortable. For those unperturbed by the weather (it was December!) there are games, films and TV. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and Zippy the Border had a great time too. Croyde is a special place for us and while we were there I asked Alex to marry me! (She said Yes). So…this little stay will always be an extra special one for us. 

Great place to stay, fully equipped and lovely outdoor space. Excellent service, quick and communication was very good.

Lovely bungalow with plenty of space, a nice garden and in a fab location! The high street was a 10/15 minute walk away full of everything you need. There is also a small convenience store a few minutes away on the next road for any emergency items. There is a parking permit available for Puttsborough Beach which is super handy. Lovely large beach perfect for dog owners. Also a great coastal walk from there over to Croyde via Baggy Point. Overall we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return.

Decor was attractive, and we found there was a great supply of crockery, cutlery and ‘extras’ in terms of things like bin bags, clingfilm, washing tablets etc. The garden is fully fenced and dog proof, ample parking for two cars - and the property is excellent for all of north Devon’s best attractions!

This bungalow is ideal with everything and more that you could need. Would love to return.

In particular Clovelly, Lynton n Lynmouth (would recommend Watersmeet whilst there) and Croyde and Woolacombe for family days out to the beach.

Had a wonderful stay at Sandbanks over Easter weekend. The properly is clean, cosy and very well equipped for all self catering needs. The beds/pillows are very comfortable and the area is quiet. Perfect location for all the beaches and great area for surfing - Ralph’s rents surfing gear and boards for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Great cottage, very quiet & very comfortable. suited our needs, very comfortable & enough crockery, utensils for about 6 people. well maintained, great patio area, fairly close to the village, quiet & very comfortable Thankyou for our welcome gift Very nice gesture and was greatly enjoyed. We would definitely stay again if we come over from Australia again.

Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Short walk from Braunton. Would definitely go back. We had a lovely stay.

No issues at all with the holiday cottage. Everything was perfect for our needs from the location to the facilities. very clean and presentable.

Was exactly as described on the website. A short walk into Braunton and ideally located near to Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay. The beds were comfortable and having Sky TV and WiFi is a nice extra. Also a nice enclosed garden perfect if you have a dog

It is apparent great care is taken to maintain Sandbanks ensuring clients have a wonderful home from home experience. Spotlessly clean, The owner is lucky to have such thoughtful and hardworking people looking after the lovely property. Lovely welcome gift (Thank you) Loved the decking and having Sky & Netflix was the icing on the cake as we missed that when we go away normally. On a final note Thank you for providing such a lovely property and allowing others to enjoy it, despite the weather we had an excellent base to view both North & South Devon and Cornwall - and will be booking for later this year.

Lots of cooking utensils which was great. Fantastic interior decoration.

We have stayed in North Devon each Xmas for the last 7 years and this has to be the nicest place to stay.. It was spotless and really modern which is what we like. Will definatley be back again
