The raised decking area is a lovely spot to unwind with spectacular countryside views or relax and take some time out soaking up the bubbles from the sunken hot tub.

Tucked away yet you are in the heart of the village without being disturbed from the hustle and bustle, a short walk to The Aggi Pub is nearby and just a 5 minute drive to Crow Point or Saunton Sands beach.



 

PROPERTY

This welcoming bungalow makes a great place for a seaside holiday for a family or group of friends, with its beautiful well maintained garden providing a wonderful space in which to relax and socialise.

In the homely kitchen lounge diner, which benefits from countryside and garden views, guests will find a large corner sofa, a large wall mounted Freeview smart TV. Wooden dining table seating Eight, a decorative wood burner (not operational). The kitchen area benefits from an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, slow cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The single storey layout of the property means that all Four bedrooms are conveniently located on the same floor, which is ideal for any guests with limited mobility. 

  • Master Bedroom - Kingsize bed with wooden wardrobe, feature fireplace alcove, chest of drawers and LCD TV.
  • Bedroom Two - Twin bedroom with wall mounted LCD TV.
  • Bedroom Three - Double bed with wardrobe, wall mounted LCD TV and patio doors leading to the raised decking area. 
  • Bedroom Four - Twin bedroom (Request to double) with wall mounted LCD TV and storage space. Large walk in shower area as a 'mini ensuite' partition.

You will discover a seating area on the decking space and the added benefit of a sunken hot tub enjoying the beautiful countryside views towards Braunton Church. The property also benefits from driveway parking for two vehicles, a Gas BBQ and surf board storage.

For us to comply with Health & Safety regulations all hot tubs are emptied, sanitised and re-filled with fresh water and chemicals before the commencement of every new holiday. Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after your arrival. 

Where possible our service providers will endeavour to prepare your hot tub in advance, Thank you.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub and views. It was exactly what we needed and the kids had fun in the garden and hot tub. The location is wonderful close to the shops and hill walks. Thank you.

The house was modern.

Lovely accommodation close to the village centre so easy to walk to the shops and restaurants and within short driving distance to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. The hot tub and garden were really nice addition to the property which had everything you would need to cook and have a comfortable stay. Really great to have a separate washer and dryer too when on holiday with a large family.
