We understand the holiday rental industry and how important it is for our customers to have an easy booking system, Outlined below is our 5 easy steps on booking with Croyde Holidays

Step 1

Choose

To choose a holiday property simply visit out homepage and select a property you require. Each property page includes a detailed accurate description of the property with current availability (Red = Booked and Grey = Available) All tariffs are fully inclusive of linen, heating, electicity, gas and water, unless otherwise stated.

Some cottages may have other features that are additional extras, these are optional to the hirer and can be added to your booking at any time using our online "enhance your holiday - order extra's payment section"

To make a booking for any of our properties we require you to complete our online booking system or contact us directly . Our system is set up to ensure that your information 100% secure. You will receive an email to confirm your booking details have been received.

NOTE: The information on the availability calendar is provided by the owner of each self catering accommodation and on rare occasions we may not be notified when the accommodation has become unavailable. We therefore check for a final time that your chosen dates are available before sending a booking confirmation.

The tariff that we charge for the rental of the property doesnt include our booking fee of £20 (per booking)

Step 2

Secure

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of one third of the total accommodation rental price in £ sterling. *This has to be paid within 48 hours from agreeing to rent the property, we reserve the right to cancel the booking should the payment not be received in time.

Full payment is required for bookings made within 10weeks of the holiday commencing (ie: last minute)

After deposit / full payments we will send you a confirmation of booking and payment. Payment can be by bank transfer, Paypal, Or Via our Paypal secure Credit* or Debit card system. Full details are included on our online booking system.

NOTE: Your booking will not be guaranteed until we have confirmed your booking by email and received your deposit..

Step 3

Balance

Your balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

NOTE: Failure to pay on time could result in your booking being cancelled - Please keep us updated.

(If your booking is a last minute or 10 weeks prior to arrival you will have already paid your balance in full at the time of booking)

Step 4

Confirmation

All relevant property details and full balance confirmation will be emailed directly to you - for example:- Keycodes, Property manager details, Check in and out times, Conditions and directions to your choosen property.

Step 5

Enjoy

Arrive, unpack and relax in your choosen holiday property. Have a wonderful time and leave us some feedback when you return home.

Who are we /why choose us?
Croyde holidays are a small family run business who has been working closely within the holiday letting industry for the past 7 years. Observing how visitors book properties, what they look for and what is important to them. We also have worked closely with various property owners, property managers, cleaning teams and maintenance to find an 100% successful and reliable management team. After putting this in place we thought it was about time to put it all together and go public.


How can I book a property?
Follow our simple 5 steps on our booking information page or call our office direct and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist with your booking.


What time can I arrive at the property?
In most cases all of our holiday properties are accessable after 4pm of the day your holiday commences and ends 10am on the day of departure.


Can I bring my pet (s)?
Some of our properties do accept well behaved pets which are clearly indicated on the properties page, If your desired property doesn't accept pets there are several local kennels and catteries nearby for your furry friends.


Can I book a short break?
Most of Croyde Holidays properties are available for short breaks out of peak season and can start on any desired day of the week and are flexible. Out of season short breaks can be booked in advance.
During peak season short breaks are not available unless at very short notice or subject to the owners approval. Contact us for more details on short breaks, or why not see what special offers we have last minute.

Do I need to bring my own bed linen / Towels
All Croyde Holiday properties are inclusive of linen and supply tea towels, most properties do not include towels unless indicated, however beach towels and bath towel bales can be hired, please enquire when booking.


Do I need to bring a travel cot, high chair or guest bed?
Most of the properties have travel cots, high chairs and guest beds available for a small additional charge, Travel cots  and guest beds as standard do NOT include bedding, although this can be hired if you wish to save your packing space for buckets and spades.


Where do I get the keys to the property?
The keys are usually attached to the outside of the property inside a secure key safe, operated by a series of digits which will be disclosed to you upon full receipt of your balance prior to your holiday.


How do I find my property?
Upon full payment of your balance we will ensure you have full detailed instructions to the front door of your chosen holiday home. Postcode will also be given encase you wish to use satellite navigation.


What if there are any problems during my stay?
All properties have their own property manager (on behalf of the owner) who is on call during your stay to resolve any issues that you may have. You can also contact us via croydeholidays@yahoo.co.uk or phone.
